This branch is temporarily closed while we undertake exciting renovation work.

We will be updating the whole building and adding fantastic new features and facilities, including separate, dedicated kennels and waiting areas for cats and dogs, two operating theatres, extra consultation rooms and facilities for laparoscopic (“keyhole”) spays.

The Farnborough team will be working from our nearby Sandhurst and Fleet sites during this time, and we hope to keep our vets and vet nurses static where possible, so that you can easily book appointments with your usual veterinary team.

We will also be offering an “on the go” mobile service, with a vet and vet nurse available for call out appointments from 9.30am to 5pm every weekday. Please note that an extra £10 is charged for this service, and that this option will only be available on days where enough vets are available.

Our Farnborough branch includes a modern, well-equipped operating room, extensive diagnostic equipment and offers a range of services. The practice is easily accessible with free on-site parking.

Clients are expected to arrive in good time for their appointments.
If a client arrives 5 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered missed and will need to be rebooked. This policy helps prevent delays to veterinary consultations and ensures fairness to clients who have arrived on time. Where possible, we will review our diary to see if we can accommodate you in the next available appointment slot.

We greatly appreciate the effort our clients make to attend their appointments promptly and, in return, we strive to run as close to scheduled appointment times as possible. Adhering to our late arrival policy allows us to maintain this standard of service.
However, due to the nature of veterinary practice, there may occasionally be unforeseen delays. If the vet or nurse is running behind schedule, our reception team will inform clients upon arrival and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
